It's now summer of 08, getting close to a yr, and it's still NOT finished. Ok IDIOT!!! Let me say the real real slow so you can comprehend. Ok ... Ready set go. When you block someone from your website they are not allowed to even enter your site period because the admin has banned that users IP address from entering their site. When you block certain words in your comments section you are not blocking them from the site in general by banning their IP. You are simply not allowing comments containing certain words to be posted until the admin of the board can approve the comment for live posting. There is a difference so know what your talking about before you post.
