Personally, I think that since you wanted your butt enhanced that you chose the better option because the BBL takes fat from other parts of your own body and puts it into your butt. This process gives you a much more natural feel and look. Plus this allows you to say "I don't have implants it's all me" and not really be lying about it. It's all semantics. Plus that is why you still have cellulite. Also, there are two tiny scars on the back of both legs basically where the butt meets the thigh. They are the exact same size, the exact same shape, and the the exacts same place. People have pointed out that they can be seen in your "tape" (I'll admit I watched it) and the scars are very obvious. The scar can also be see in photos of you and Kourtney in Miami. I'm sure they have faded somewhat over time.

As to why the vast majority of people do not believe that you were born with that butt is because there are a lot of pictures and video of you when you were starting to hang out in public with Paris, and some video from the True Hollywood Story. Yes, you did have a butt, but it was much smaller and in my opinion much more proportionate to your frame. Also, there is the fact that you are always talking about your butt and showing it off no matter what your wearing or not wearing. Doctors won't even approve of butt implants to already curvy women, they are more suited for skinny women; therefore the Brazilian Butt Lift is a better choice with women who already have meat on their bones, such as Kim. I believe Kim already had a nice bottom before and it used to be suited to her frame, but I guess it was just a personal choice for her to have it enhanced. Of course Kim is insecure, ,as her brother said she is the most insecure of all 4 of them. I had to do research on the BBL too. The one site that I came across is the one for Dr. Matlock who is one of the docs featured on dr 90210. He is one of the first to do the BBL. If you go under the Liposuction link there are pictures of him performing a BBL, and in one of the pics it shows him using the instrument, where the incision is made, and the size of the incision made. In my opinion, this makes so much sense because of what is shown in the picture and the scarring that Kim has.
