Cellulite doesn't always go away with eating right and exercise. I run 6 days a week and I don't eat junk food, I eat fruit and veggies for snacks and my legs still have some cellulite.

I am so glad to hear someone's wonderful experience with Velashape!! I started to look into it a few months ago, and have considered getting the procedure done as I also have a little cellulite on my thighs that sickens me! lol. However, I recently started to use Nivea's Reshaping Treatment and their Skin Firming Moisturizer; and so far, so good! I work out every day and pay extra attention to my thighs but, even with extra attention sometimes the cellulite will continue to be there! I'm a firm believer in doing what you want to do to be happy with your body, so thanks for sharing your experience with us. Keep being fabulous.

dreamer.. the only thing that actually works is tanning....it makes them the same color as your normal skin tone.. tanning also helps if you have acne problems..

You can't just do cardio (Run) to get rid of cellulite, you have to do resistance weight training and it has to be a mixture of both. I suggest a personal trainer. All I have to say is if you got the money then get it lol. I also will be getting laser hair removal too soon..it is a service provided through my hospital so it is not that expensive less than 200 dollars per session..this would be so nice..no more shaving

To Christine who says to stop taking your clothes off - I say if you've got it, why not use it in the tasteful way you have been doing? We shouldn't be ashamed of our bodies - it's not like you're flahing your vagina to the camera - you are basically dressed in flattering attire that shows off your curves. That makes ME feel so good about myself because even though I'm not "fat", I feel fat because every picture I see of women out there are wire thin and you show your curves with confidence. Don't listen to the women who tell you otherwise even though some like Christine have good intentions, I think you are doing more good than you have any idea of. You're the only actress who doesn't starve herself and women can relate to your body so the more you show it off the more I feel like my body is beautiful too! Just passing by to tell you that it's good to see someone assuming it's whole body with it's qualities... and also shortcomings! I am the skinny type (105-110lbs for 5"5) but I've already had cellulite. I got rid of it by doing more exercice (a lot of walking) and taking some pills that I've found in France that were made out of green tea ingredients. It helped out my blood circulation and it actually worked really well! It's been 3 years now that I have no more cellulite!

Again, I don't watch your show or follow your life in the tabloids (I am not the "fan type" and it doesn't really interest me), but I like to come on your site once and a while when I want to take a break from my heavy studies. I like it specially because under the sophisticated girl with a lot of makeup that is striking the pose on some red carpets, you seem to be a true person and I like the way you also show yourself without makeup or doing crazy faces.
