Every designer's sizes run different so sizes very depending on the garment. And when your wearing stretch material you can go smaller to make the frock fit super tight.

And SOME designer's depending on who it is the sizes run smaller or larger depending on the designer. So a 6 may actually fit like a 4 and vice versa. The same with shoes sometimes you have to buy a shoe a size smaller or bigger depending on the design of the shoe because everyone's feet are different even if you do wear a 7 all them time.

Also even though Kim is wealthy she still has Bills she has to make enough money to support her lifestyle. She has money but she is not an Angelina Jolie, or Jennifer Lopez. She is not making MILLIONS of dollars not yet anyway. At least she is giving something and you don't know what else she has given or how much she gives on a regular basis to other charity organizations.
