I just wanted to comment on the fact that you mentioned that you know how to make "Soul Food" well first and foremost, there is no such thing as a sweet potatoe souffle. There's sweet potatoe pie but souffle is not on the menu. Being an african american woman growing up in IL, that's not possible. You also mentioned you make mac & cheese. Let me ask you this. Do you use eggs, three to fours different cheeses, canned milk and toss it in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes? Just curious.
